My Arubaito is a web application designed to help part-time workers predict their income. The Service provides functionalities such as managing work shifts and calculating earnings based on provided job data.

My Arubaito offers an AI import schedule functionality that allows users to upload files, such as images and text, to automate the process of adding work shifts to the application. By using this functionality, you acknowledge and agree that any uploaded files will be sent to Google for processing through their Gemini API.
We do not retain the uploaded files after processing, but Google may retain such data according to their privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing the AI-generated schedules for accuracy. My Arubaito is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that may occur in the AI-generated data.
By utilizing this feature, you consent to the processing of your data by Google and agree to be bound by their privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may opt-out by manually entering your schedule data.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
