7. AI Import Schedule Functionality

By using the AI import schedule functionality, you acknowledge and consent that any uploaded files, including images and text, are sent to Google for processing. This processing is handled through Google's Gemini API.

We use Gemini's paid plan so Google will not use your work schedule uploaded images to improve their products.

You may opt out of using the AI functionality and manually input your schedule instead. However, please be aware that the AI-generated schedules may contain inaccuracies, and you should review them carefully. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the AI-generated data.

8. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete such information.
